HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AND ORDER?
We require (and appreciate) 48 hours notice for our Boxes.
Letter and Octagon Boards require a MINIMUM 3 WEEK notice.
For our Grazing Tables, we require a MINIMUM 4 WEEK notice.
Please email us directly if you would like to place an order and do not fall within our ordering timeframe.
We will do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver?
We currently offer FREE DELIVERY for any orders 20 kms and below from our location.
WINNIPEG DELIVERY APPLICABLE FEES
21 kms and over from our location will be subject to a $2 additional delivery fee, per 1 km.
OUTSIDE WINNIPEG'S CITY LIMITS
Please enter your R.M. and postal code in the delivery address box and the delivery fee will be included in our email response.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Please place your order for our boxes and boards directly through this website.
You can click on the ORDER NOW section on the Site Menu bar, above, and fill out the form. We will get back to you within 2 to 3 days.
For our grazing tables, please email us directly to place an order.
WHAT IF I HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIES?
OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT PREPARED IN AN ALLERGEN-FREE KITCHEN.
ANYONE WITH A SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY SHOULD NOT CONSUME OUR PRODUCTS,
AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ZERO CROSS-CONTAMINATION.
FOR MILD ALLERGIES, PLEASE EMAIL US DIRECTLY REGARDING YOUR ORDER.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?
After we receive your order form, we will confirm everything with you through an email.
You'll then, need to send payment at the time of the order to secure your date and time.

How long after I receive my Box/Board should it be consumed?
Boxes SHOULD BE consumed within 24 hours, if kept in a fridge.
Boards SHOULD BE consumed within 2 hours of delivery or pick-up.
*PLEASE NOTE:
Products SHOULD NOT BE out in room temperature for more than an hour. After that timeframe, contents should be refrigerated.
Remove box/platter or board from the refrigerator 15 minutes before consuming to allow contents to come to room temperature.
