THE PERFECT BITE
Please refrigerate upon delivery if not consuming immediately.
Remove from fridge 15-20 minutes before serving to allow charcuterie & cheeses to come to room temperature and flavours to be pronounced.
Best consumed within 4 hours of delivery for optimal freshness.
Consume within 24 hours.

Severe allergies cannot be accommodated.
Please indicate any mild allergies upon ordering. Our products are not produced in an allergen-free kitchen, therefore we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Anyone with severe food allergies should not consume our products.
DELIVERY POLICY
Please ensure a recipient is present to receive your package during the date and time slot you selected. This includes surprise deliveries. If no one is available upon arrival, the package will be left in the best available spot possible. Please note that all of our products are perishable and require refrigeration within 30 minutes of delivery.
We will not be responsible if a recipient is unavailable during our delivery window, please ensure someone is available to receive it. Requested delivery times are not guaranteed and are based on availability, if your delivery window cannot be accommodated, you will be contacted directly.
The recipient will be notified of the specific delivery timing
on the day of delivery within our delivery window.
